Vote for Mike Young in Seaton Ward heres why. A Conservative vote for Mike Young will mean that issues will be taken seriously within the Council. People showed at the General Election that they now believe that only the two major parties Conservative Labour able to make a difference locally and nationally. If you vote for me on 19th October, I can guarantee that I will put Seaton back on the map and spend time supporting you with concerns and hopes for the area. I can guarantee my attendance to all committee meetings in support of the ward and should I be selected to sit in specific committees, I am able to attend these also. I really want to represent the people of Seaton and am making efforts now to discuss issues around transportation including following the parking charges consultation, housing matters, business, crime and tourism. Some specific items of interest are Traffic calming on Elizabeth Way particularly at the more significant bends and around the shopping parade. The Longscar Centre. I believe that progress is being made with this and see the potential of this building for the future benefit of the sea front. I am committed to try and work with the owner of the building and initial conversations are positive. Employment, including the industry in the immediate area of Seaton. I want to see if stronger links can be made for the benefit of the ward. How the education and youth service provision is delivered in the ward, including ways in which we can work together to ensure continuing great service for young people in the area. This is obviously not a completed list and I do not pretend to know all the issues that face people in Seaton, but be assured that my ambition is to serve you well and just as you did in the General Election, please vote for your Conservative candidate Mike Young on polling day. I made sure to find people to nominate me to be a candidate across the ward, having some extremely direct but positive conversations in Seaton Lane through to the new estate leading from De Havilland Way.
