These are the only three Conservative councillors in Hartlepool. They all represent the Rural West (West Park) ward. Councillor Ray MartinWells (pictured in the centre) boasted in a full council meeting recently how he was a property developer who had sold a McDonalds Restaurant for 1.2 million. He said to another councillor You should see my bank balance, youd be very jealous. Despite his apparent wealth, last week he and the other two Conservative councillors supported the AkersBelchers and most of the Hartlepool Labour Party in voting themselves a 31 increase in their councillors allowance. Shameless. Councillor Brenda Loynes (pictured left) is up for reelection in May 2018. Vote her out. Pure greed. Same old Tories.
