Hartlepool Conservative Association wish to pass on our sincerest best wishes to the Rt Hon Theresa May MP following her resignation from the office of Prime Minister today. We are grateful for the tireless work undertaken by Mrs May in ensuring the country functions amidst the overshadowing of a Brexit process. We believe it is true to say that most leaders would never have taken on the challenges and uncertainty as Mrs May had and actually this should leave us all reflective and compassionate about a leader who was genuinely concerned about the impact on our great nation of getting this extreme decision wrong. We wish Mrs May well for the future and thank her for her dedicated service to our party and our Country. And to the incoming leader, whomever that may be, we wish them well for the tasks that lie ahead. Ray MartinWells Constituency Chairman
