P.S Our councillors David Riddle (Hart) and James Black (Seaton Carew) voted AGAINST paying themselves 33 more money in allowances. They have also contacted the councils finance departement and refused to accept the money. They will not recieve it. Instead they have asked that the money be spent within the council protecting your front line services. That is the kind of morality and deceny we are looking for.
