It wasnt Putting Hartlepool First who tried to ban sea coalers from the beaches. It wasnt Putting Hartlepool First who spent 90,000 on 15 litter bins. It wasnt Putting Hartlepool First who voted to put residents council tax up. Desperate Labout tactics. Shameful. We wont rise to it. Our candidate is credible.
