A genuinely good man looking out for Foggy Furze residents, actually doing it, not just chatting about it. As pointed out i havent really listed what i intend to do in the ward post election.... Well i have purchased a couple of sharps bins to be made available should the council be unable to come out immediately along with some gloves and litter pickers... A couple of times a month we can do a needle hunt throughout the hotspots within the ward.. I hope to form a ward committee dedicated to security and safety where we can meet and discuss ward black spots and highlight these with police and council and campaign for funds to install CCTV and better lighting to hopefully catch or deter dog fouling and the owners who dont pick it up, catch fly tippers and much worse at the garages in loyalty road... Whilst crime is on still on the rise continue to speak to private security firms such as JWS Security to see what they could over residents as a short term solution to a big problem. Create a ward wide warning system when crimessuspicious activity is reported in the ward Continue to promote local business as we do on the foggy furze information page. Bring the whole ward into initiatives such as litter picking and clean ups again via the foggy furze information page. These are pledges that i intend to keep regardless of what happens in the election.
