JOB VACANCY!! Customer Service Assistant - CORAL - Catcote Road £7.50 rising to £8.04 per hour after probation Working Pattern: 25 hours - 5 out of 7 days **Please note you must be 18 years old or over to work in one of their shops*** Coral could be the job for you! You won’t need previous experience of our industry as thev’ve got some great training available for you when you start and right throughout your career with them In this Customer Service role you will be on the front line of our shops. We pride ourselves on the service and standards we provide our customers. We have enthusiastic colleagues who share our values, are friendly and engaging, and love working alongside a great team. In this varied role some of your key responsibilities will include: Demonstrating new and exciting betting and gaming products to our customers Maintaining the best possible standards throughout the shop and team areas Contributing to the unique atmosphere and experience that we love to create for our customers Processing bets Delivering on KPIs and customer satisfaction Responsibility for opening and closing the shop as Duty Manager Supervising other colleagues Following cashing-up procedures ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Our shop opening hours are between 8am – 10pm Monday to Sunday. In this role you will work 5 out of 7 days, which will include weekends and Bank Holidays. Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will change weekly.
