DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILDREN ARE? Recently, business premises around The Highlight Marina in Hartlepool has been suffering horrendous Anti Social Behaviour from a group of up to 50 youths each night. The youths are causing criminal damage, using foul language and intimidating staff and the public with their behaviour. Images of the offenders have been obtained and police will be taking positive action against the offenders. Polic have issued a Dispersal Notice that is in effect for 48 hours and anyone breaching those orders will be arrested.
