UPDATE HOUSEHOLD WASTE RECYCLING CENTRE Due to high winds we have temporarily closed the Household Waste Recycling Centre at Burn Road. We will continue to monitor the situation and will advise if and when the site reopens. Please keep checking the Hartlepool Borough Council Recycling Facebook page for further updates.
