CARNIVAL DAY Today (Saturday 10th Aug 2019) 12noon till 5pm There will be several events Wild West ReEnactment 1pm Croft Gardens Nutty Slack Race 3pm The New Inn Fancy Dress Comp 3pm Putting Green Parade 4pm Headland Town Sqaure. The high street is now closed for the carnival, businesses are open as usual. These following Road closures will be in place from 3pm till 5.30pm Sandwell Chare. Durham Street to junction of Middlegate Middlegate to Northgate junction Northgate from High Street junction to Vane Street All other roads will remain open and access to the Town Moor Fair will be via Marine Drive. The committee asks for your cooperation in this matter and due to the logistics, that after this time no one should remove any closures to access any roads. Please dont park vehicles within closed routes before closure Thank you in advance and have a safe and happy Carnival Saturday
