What a brilliant day! Thank you to the hundreds of people who came to visit us today as part of the Armed Forces Day celebrations. It was fabulous to see so many people enjoying the museum. Special thanks to our volunteers Garry, John, Ross, Les, Paul, Reg and Megan for making the day so good for all our visitors, and to the Durham Pals for marching in the heat, and our Russian spy... you were all great! Thanks too, to Carole and Rebecca for keeping up with everything! Final thanks to the Armed Forces Liaison Group for including the museum in this years programme.
