What a brilliant day! Thank you to everyone who visited the museum, your donations helped us raise 370 for the museum. We really hope you enjoyed your visit. Thank you to Flight Lieutenant Norman Stirling (Retired) and Captain Stapleton MN (Retired) for firing our gun salutes today. Also, Sam who did a fantastic job helping with both firings. Thanks to our fabulous volunteers for making the day so good. Garry, Andy, Tony, May, Peter, Stephanie, Bree, Samantha, Reg, Ralph, Ross, Wally and staff, Carole and Rebecca you all worked incredibly hard. Finally, thank you to Veterans Woodwork and the Time Travelling Tea Tent for joining us. A great day organised by Headland Heritage Group and the Armed Forces Liaison Group. It was a pleasure to be involved.
