So along side The P.T.E im also doing other things in the centre to turn it back into a thriving community centre. Today a lady came in very upset due to her universal credit being stopped. It wasnt her fault and i helped get money to her within the hour. Shes not the only one who has came to me since the new system came in. Its not nice to see anyone upset even more so when its not their fault. So please do not sit at home upset and stressed about the new system im trained in universal credit and will be getting a refresher as more new things come in.
