VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!! Citizens Advice Hartlepool are looking for volunteers They are seeking to expand their team of volunteer advice workers this is so that they can meet the demand of the local community. Their volunteers come from all walks of life and you do not need any particular qualifications or experience to train as an adviser. You do need to Be a good listener Be able to work as part of a team Be open minded and non judgemental Enjoy helping people In return, they offer you full training and support every step of the way. You will learn new skills and increase your self confidence and the training you receive leads to a nationally recognised qualification respected in many professions. Above all, its a chance to make a real difference as you will be playing an active part in improving local peoples lives and influencing the development of national and local policies and services. You will meet a wide range of people and make new friends.
