Man Arrested Following Incident on Elwick Road A 21yearold man has been arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference in Hartlepool. Officers spotted the man allegedly trying to break into a vehicle on Elwick Road at around 0450am this morning. He was arrested at the scene. The man remains in custody whilst enquiries are ongoing.
