This is monthly LGB&/T* social group will be held on the first Wednesday of the month, 5pm - 7pm, for people over the age of 18. At Hart Gables we provide a safe space for service users to express themselves and make friends with peers. It is a positive environment where we can provide opportunities to learn life skills such as cooking, as well as having a relaxed sessions were we watch films. There are plenty of things to get involved in throughout the year.

The group Facilitators are Sian Parker and Jack Cummings. 

At Mid Week Mix, we have a range of activities such as: 

• Workshops (Sexual Health, Mental Health, Well-being, etc.)

• Art Workshops
• Gaming
• Movies
• Quizzes 
• Cooking
• And much more
