The weather didnt deter us this morning at The Heart Centre and it was a pleasure to complete energy training with Helen and Shirlee . We covered pricing, suppliers, tariffs and other ways to access support through the Warm Home Discount Eco schemes. Residents can now call into the centre until the end of March for free and impartial advice on their energy bills. #BESN #Hartlepool
